The Customer may cancel his or her order at any time up until delivery of the same, with the right to reimbursement of all amounts paid except shipping costs. As from the receipt of the order by the Customer, the Customer may exercise his or her right of free termination under the terms of the law.

In order to do so, the Customer must communicate his or her intention in writing, via e-mail or letter. The articles must be returned within 14 days.

If you wish to exchange or return articles, you can contact the Customer Service, which will provide you with all the information about the exchange/return process. Under no circumstances send the items without prior contact because they will not be received.
